Skill based Training and Development

Inclusive Skill Development for Empowered Futures

Anvarat Foundation focuses on empowering individuals, especially adolescent girls and persons with disabilities, by providing essential skill development for sustainable livelihoods. Our programs cover areas like digital literacy, entrepreneurship, graphic design, digital marketing, AI, and traditional skills like tailoring, aimed at equipping participants with marketable skills. We’ve successfully conducted 45-day residential training programs for individuals with disabilities, placing them in retail sector jobs. These initiatives create dignified employment opportunities and foster economic resilience, ensuring even marginalized communities can thrive with the right skills and support.

Grounded and Collaborative Approach

  • Programs are implemented at the grassroots level to ensure relevance and accessibility.

  • Focus areas include entrepreneurship, digital and financial literacy, livelihood development, and personal growth.

  • 45 Days - Residential training models are adopted where needed, with structured curricula designed for specific groups like individuals with disabilities.

  • Delivered through a combination of Anvarat Foundation's own initiatives and strategic partnerships with CSR organizations and local networks.

This holistic and flexible model helps respond effectively to local needs and diverse participant profiles.

Empowering All, Especially the Underserved

The programs are inclusive and open to individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of gender, socio-economic status, or ability. Particular focus is placed on adolescent girls, women, and persons with disabilities, who often face systemic barriers to education and employment. These efforts aim to ensure equitable access and meaningful participation for all.
