Dr Suman Pathak
Dr Suman Pathak is a Professor at the MATS Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore. Dr Pathak completed her PhD in Management from UP Technical University and her M. Phil, MBA and MA in Public Administration from Rajasthan University. She is a passionate academician, researcher and trainer in HRM, OB, OD and entrepreneurship, with over 25 years of experience in this domain. She has published a book and more than 24 national and International Papers.
She has an avid research interest in the fields of HR and OB, specifically on Generational Issues on organisational decisions, personality type productivity & performance, competence development, organisational effectiveness, leadership development, work-life balance, Stress Management, Branding, Entrepreneurship, Women’s Health and Literacy. She loves to organise events and workshops for students and faculty alike.
Ms Ranjana Srivastava
Ms Ranjana Srivastava is the Principal of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 8 (GMSSS-8), Chandigarh. She has been Lecturer with GMSSS-16 since July 2010 and with GMSSS-18 from 2000 to 2010.
She has an MA in Music Vocal from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India (Class of 1988).
She has a vast experience in teaching and education management, having spent over 27 years in the field of education.
Mr Abhishek Gupta
Mr Abhishek Gupta is presently serving as an Assistant Commissioner of Police, Delhi Police. In his previous stints, Mr Gupta has served in Indian Railway Traffic Service and Central Excise Department.
Mr Gupta is a mechanical engineer by qualification and has done a course in Management from IIM Indore. He has also attended courses in Human Rights and Women & Child Trafficking in India.
He has been instrumental in Anti-Corruption Movement and has delivered several lectures on the subject. He has also delivered lectures on copyright and trademark laws.
Dr Rupak Banerjee
Dr Rupak Banerjee is a researcher in the field of zero-emission transport vehicles and in higher-efficiency buildings. He is currently working at RWDI Inc as a Building Scientist / Engineer. Dr Banerjee’s research has been focused on the visualization of liquid water flows and reactant transport in PEM fuel cells. His work in clean energy has been funded by the US Department of Energy and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada. Dr Banerjee also worked in the field of flow batteries at the Helmholtz Institute Ulm for Electrochemical Energy Storage as a research fellow.
Dr Banerjee completed his MS in Mechanical Engineering and PhD in Microsystems Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology (New York, USA). Previously, he received his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Panjab University, India. Dr Banerjee has published 31 papers in international peer-reviewed journals and presented at conferences hosted by the Electrochemical Society and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
Dr IC Nagar
Dr Nagar is presently working as Team Leader cum Livelihood Expert under the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (National) component of Watershed Development (WD) part of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY), Government of India.
Dr Nagar has a PhD in Sociology with a specialization in Micro-credit & Women Empowerment and has vast experience in diverse domains like Agriculture, Rural Livelihood, Banking (M. Sc. Ag (Agronomy), Certificate Course in Agri-business Management & CAIIB-I) and is the recipient of two Gold Medals.
He possesses rich and varied working experience of over 33 years in the field of project management, natural resource management & conservation, integrated watershed development, sustainable livelihood and adaptation to Climate Change, sustainable agriculture development, the convergence of various schemes/ programmes of rural development & livelihoods, M&E, training & capacity building & institutional building, Income Generating Activities (IGAs) & micro-credit, micro-insurance, micro-enterprises & rural livelihoods, agriculture/rural lending, agri-business management, women empowerment, rural development, monitoring of NGOs, promotion of Community Based Organizations (CBOs)/SHGs, organic farming etc. under various successful World Bank/ADB/ EU/ IFAD/ UNDP /USAID/UN-HABITAT/ AfDB/ DFID, JICA aided projects viz. Assam Agricultural Competitiveness Project (India), USAID Afghanistan Learning for Community Empowerment-2 (Afghanistan), USAID Afghanistan SUPPORT Project (Afghanistan), etc.
Mr Rajjan Shukla
Mr Rajjan Shukla is a seasoned educationist with over 38 years of teaching experience in accountancy, economics, income tax and business studies.
As an academician, he specialises in capital market regulation, credit and derivative markets, financial contracting, financial accounting, managerial accounting, revenue recognition, financial economics, rational expectations, economic growth, the relationship between equity markets and aggregate economy, trading incentives of financial institutions and asset market anomalies. He holds a master’s degree in accounts and economics.
