Menstrual Hygiene Management
Advancing Menstrual Health with Dignity and Awareness
Anvarat Foundation works to normalize menstruation and advocate for menstrual hygiene as a critical aspect of health and dignity. Our efforts across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Delhi involve distributing hygiene kits, raising awareness through community sessions, and using street plays to educate underserved communities. Through CSR collaborations and grassroots campaigns, we aim to reduce stigma, improve hygiene practices, and foster a supportive, inclusive dialogue around menstrual health.

Education, Access, and Community-Driven Change
In schools and communities to dispel myths and encourage safe practices.
Providing sanitary pads and hygiene essentials.
Distributing Context-based resources to support ongoing learning.
Enabling health workers and educators to lead change.
Inclusive Engagement: Involving boys, families, and leaders to build supportive, stigma-free communities.

Inclusive Outreach
The initiative has empowered thousands of adolescent girls and women—including adivasis, daily wage earners, and urban slum dwellers—especially in rural, tribal, and low-income communities where menstrual hygiene access and awareness are limited. It also actively involves boys, families, and local leaders to foster an informed and supportive environment around menstrual health.
